迁移虚拟机，备选主机状态为not suitable,但是还能够迁移成功

环境信息：集群中有两个kvm主机，对主机2进行下电测试，恢复后加回集群中，然后如果迁移虚拟机到该主机2，状态为not suitable，但是还能够迁移成功。 界面上点击时候的提示“not suitable”，但是还是可以选“确定，将虚拟机迁移到该主机的。 下面是部分日志：2014-01-24 08:50:29,967 DEBUG [cloud.capacity.CapacityManagerImpl]
