Problem to link publish and inquiry URL of JUDDI 0.9rc3

Dear All

I installed juddi 0.9rc3 with tomcat 5.0.27 container. It looks fine
when linking http://animal.dl.ac.uk:8080/juddi/happyjuddi.jsp. But I
encounted some error message when linking
http://animal.dl.ac.uk:8080/juddi/inquiry or publish.
The error message is : HTTP Status 405 - The request method 'GET' is not
allowed by the UDDI Publish API.

Anybody experienced such problem? Any idea is helpful.
