[logkit] Another release?

Hi,

Looks like logkit is mostly stable again and assuming that my tests on
saturday confirm it is still backwards compatible I would like to do another
release sunday/monday. Thoughts/Votes?

Mainly this release just deprecates bad practices and allows people to do it
the "right way".

Cheers,

Pete
