Deploying ServiceMix in Geronimo

Hi,

I am new to ServiceMix (and Geronimo). I am trying to deploy ServiceMix in
Geronimo but so far without success.

Before I post details about the problems I am facing let me start by asking
1) if there are any guides (beside the one on servicemix.org:
http://servicemix.org/site/geronimo-integration.html) on how to make such a
deployment and 2) if any of you have suceeded doing such a deployment and if
so, which versions of ServiceMix, Geronimo and Java are you using?
