beginner's question

Hi, 

Part of a project I am currently working on, requires me to create and 
parse SOAP documents using C++. Is there existing code(with api
documentation) , which I can dowload and use for this purpose ? 
If not, I would appreciate it if someone could give me pointers to how I
can go about this.
