Hi Sanjay/Animesh, New to cloud stack but facing the similar issue not able to download niether able to delete the ISO files. Status is blank in the ISO's. Can you provide me the solution how to resolve this issue.
Also can you let me know where to search for logs for this issue.

> If the ISO failed to download, you cannot delete it. You will get a Failed to Delete ISO error. I had 3 failed ISO, and here is some interesting behavior:
