building mod_webapp.so on win2000

Hi,

 Can any one help me in building mod_webapp.so from
the sources.I am on win2000.
 I have built tomcat4.0.1 from the sources and i have
downloaded webapp-module-1.0.1-tc401-src.tar.gz.
