One more problem with days

I already wrote about day problem (see below), but here is one more:
If I search and find an entry with pubTime "Jan 30,2007" in the search result $day will show "Jan 29, 2007" for this entry
Still the same installation of last release:
Roller Weblogger 3.0-incubating
