I'm curious what this test is for. POST request? Inactive timeout? Or the combination?
Having more test is good, but we need to know what is tested to maintain test cases.

It's checking a specific scenario that our operations people have seen fail in previous ATS versions. Sending a POST over HTTP/2, which is then sent to a server that takes two minutes to respond, and the response has around 200 KBytes of data.
