   alternative option can: be later on expanded on other criteria
    like available resources: 4 CPU Cores and 8 GB of Memory Free
   like on system itself: window 10 only vs Windows 7
   like network capabilities: up to 100mb
   like certain app deployed: preconditions for thread groups
