[I] 自定义mqtt报文格式 [iotdb]

nmgwr opened a new issue, #17249:

   我使用的1.3.x的docker版本部署，开启了mqtt。现在想自定义mqtt报文格式，参照官网的文档依赖
   `        <dependency>
               <groupId>org.apache.iotdb</groupId>
               <artifactId>iotdb-server</artifactId>
               <version>1.3.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
           </dependency>
   `
   但是找不到  1.3.0-SNAPSHOT  这个版本。请问这个在哪提供？
