Hi there!

I'm a new ASF Commiter for the Allura project. Yesterday, I've tried to push some changes to Allura git for a first time and got a couple of "authentication failure" results (have entered my password wrong). After that entire host git-wip-us.apache.org is not available to me (all requests just hang for a long time and then fail by timeout).

DNS resolves host just fine:

$ host git-wip-us.apache.org
git-wip-us.apache.org has address 140.211.11.121

The same issue happened with other apache hosts, e.g. https://forge-allura.apache.org/ and even this JIRA (now writing through TOR).

I wonder maybe my IP got blocked somehow after those failed authentication retries or something? Can you help me with this, please?
