[jira] [Assigned] (TS-3219) Create WCCP client process

Susan Hinrichs reassigned TS-3219:

> Project: Traffic Server

> Currently the WCCP cache client logic is embedded in the trafficserver process. If you have multiple processes running on your box that are serving WCCP redirected traffic (e.g. trafficserver and some other protocol cache), it would make more sense to have a single WCCP client running rather than trying to coordinate WCCP cache clients running within test process.
> The lib/wccp area has a test-wccp-cache.cpp which was used for initial testing of the WCCP logic. I propose reactivating that test code to create a stand alone WCCP client process.
