Are you calling spamc with the -s option with a value much bigger than the
default 250k? If so, the failure is working as designed. The option and the
default value are there to prevent problems like this. Spammers rarely send
unsolicited bulk multimegabyte mpeg files so it is not a problem to not scan
messages like this with your spam filter.
