> This appears to be due to the fact that in lines 152 and 153, we obtain a timestamp, then create a directory, and the assertion assumes that the last modified date of the directory will be <= the timestamp. However, if the timestamp changes between when we obtain the timestamp and when the file is created, this won't be true.
