trouble building netbeans 10
I'm trying to build Netbeans 10 and having some difficult.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong here..
Here are the steps that I did:
1 - cd /tmp
2 - unzip-ed the source from
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/incubator/netbeans/incubating-netbeans/incubating-10.0/incubating-netbeans-10.0-source.zip
2 - cd ./incubator-netbeans
3 - ant
Here is the message that I get..
...
projectized-common.jar:

/tmp/incubator-netbeans/nbbuild/netbeans/websvccommon/modules/org-netbeans-modules-websvc-saas-api.jar

Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks to everyone who provided comments.. They might have been small
comments but they did help me to figure out the problem.
Turns out the Fedora 29 distro installed version of Ant is missing an ant
utility package. It was easily installed and now it compiles and runs..
YEA!!
My last question.. I would like update the wiki build page with a very
simple comment, if this is acceptable. This way, others will who encounter
the same problem can easily move forward.
How do I ask for edit permissions?

FWIW
I am on the master branch of incubator-netbeans and the build via ant with
no params as you have noted works OK for me on my Mac Air.
Ant and Java versions:
Carls-Air:incubator-netbeans moscac$ ant -version
Apache Ant(TM) version 1.10.5 compiled on July 10 2018
Carls-Air:incubator-netbeans moscac$ java -version
java version "1.8.0_161"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_161-b12)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.161-b12, mixed mode)
I don't expect different results but I will download the zipped source and
try the same.

I did not see any issue building from the zipped sources either (as opposed
to the master branch of the incubator-netbeans git repo). I suggest
confirming you have correct/required ant and Java versions available as
documented in the README.
