@AllowsPassByReference annotation

Is there a support in Tuscany for @AllowsPassByReference annotation on
remotable service implementation?  I do see AllowsPassByReference annotation
and AllowsPassByReferenceProcessor classes. More interested to understand
how Tuscany behaves if @AllowsPassByReference is declared on remotable
service implementation.
