When using the configuration {code}deltaspike.config.log=true{code} DeltaSpike prints the resolved configuraiton at startup. Right now this contains the list of ConfigSources and all configured keys plus their values. 

This could be further enhanced by also printing the ConfigSource from which the value finally got picked up.
