--- Comment #7 from Jennifer T <jt...@progressive.com> ---
First Attempt:
Microsoft Word Version: 2010
Open Office Version: 4.1.2
Operating Software: Microsoft Windows 7

Steps used to replicate:
1. Open a new document in MS Word
2. Create a header on page 1 using the Calibri 18pt Font
3. Insert a .PNG image into the document
4. Create a footer using Calibri 18pt Font
5. Save the document as a .docx file
6. Open the saved document in OpenOffice Writer

Findings:
Header text is still Calibri 18pt Font
.PNG photograph is still visible.
Footer has defaulted to Cambria 12pt Font

Second Attempt:
Microsoft Word Version: 2010
Open Office Version: 4.1.2
Operating Software: Microsoft Windows 7

Steps used to replicate:
1. Open a new document in MS Word
2. Create a header on page 1 using the Microsoft Sans Serif 18pt Font
3. Insert a .PNG image into the document
4. Create a footer using Microsoft Sans Serif 18pt Font
5. Save the document as a Word 97-2003 file
6. Open the saved document in OpenOffice Writer

Findings:
Header text is still Microsoft Sans Serif 18pt Font
.PNG photograph is still visible.
Footer is using Microsoft Sans Serif 18pt Font

Observations:
Leads me to wonder if this may only be an issue when using newer versions of
this software or newer versions of this software. Will try this on another
computer.
