I am using FOP 0.93 and tried to upgrade to FOP 1.0

but the expected output of FOP 1.0 was wrong ! 

it seems, there is something wrong whit the command 'keep-together.within-page="always" ' 

looks like the command is interpreted as keep-together.within-line and keep-together.within-column
