Aria Tosca 0.2.0 Released!

As I noted yesterday, I have successfully pushed the approved candidate
artifacts for AriaTosca 0.2.0 just now. I verified that the PIP install
worked and is present on pypi, that the github tags are there and the
released artifacts have been copied to
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ariatosca/

Thanks for all the help everyone gave me on this first release.
