   we have done using hook 
   
   adding styles.xml in `res/values/`
   ```

     <style name="Theme.RemoveSplashScreenTheme" parent="AppBaseTheme">
       <item name="android:windowIsTranslucent">true</item>
     </style>
   </resources>
