Cactus wiki available (but still empty)

At last we have our wiki on wiki.apache.org!
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-cactus/

That's thanks to Geir and Noel. Thanks guys :-)

Next steps are:
1/ Move the content from http://wiki.apache.org/old/CactusProjectPages
2/ Publish the Cactus v2 proposal there for comments

I'll be doing 1/ and 2/ over the coming week if nobody beat me to it...
