Pulsar's transaction is not stable. The standalone cluster often hangs the test, then we will meet a timeout for the tests at last.

The latest Pulsar 2.10.0 drops the zookeeper and fixes a lot of issues in the Pulsar transaction. Bump to this version would resolve the current test issues.
