[users@httpd] Apache Web Server : Proxy Error encountered

Hi have encountered the following error:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request
POST/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/pb/PageBuilder.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Can anyone advise wat's happening and the resolutions?
