TestWindowsAzureTableSinkSetup class test cases have dependencies with hadoop-azure test classes, however few functions in hadoop azure test classes are having default access and are not visible outside package.

AzureBlobStorageTestAccount.createTestAccount()
AzureNativeFileSystemStore.getAccountKeyFromConfiguration()

also visibility of AzureNativeFileSystemStore class needs to be changed as well
