[users@httpd] Error Starting httpd ...

I just downloaded and installed apache 2.0. However,
when I try to start it, I get the error 

"httpd: module "mod_auth_pgsql.c" is not compatible
with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need
20020903).
Please contact the vendor for the correct version"

I am not too sure how to fix this. I am running Redhat
8.0.
