   Since I'm running on Kubernetes, a random broker would have been selected for topic lookup. I suspect that my blocked clients were connected to an unavailable broker, and that this:
   
   > the `ConnectError` should be reported for create_producer.
   
   Is not happening as it should.
   
   I will collect logs from a stuck producer and post here shortly.
