> Currently, if a zone is already available based upon the configuration provided, deploy DC fails. Instead it can recreate a new DC with new zone for the same configuration. The new zone will be appended with random text to the mentioned zone in config. 
> Before adding it will verify the zone and dump to log of its existence and recreate a new one with modified zone name. This will help as not to delete the dc to recreate again.
