   ## Summary
   - Remove obsolete Maven files no longer needed after the Gradle migration: `dev/` directory, assembly XMLs, OWASP dependency check configs, `settings.xml`, and `gen-pulsar-version-macro.py`
   - Add `src/get-pulsar-version.sh` that reads the version from `gradle/libs.versions.toml`
   - Rename `maven.buildDirectory` / `maven.build.timestamp` system properties to `buildDirectory` / `build.timestamp` in integration tests, and update fallback directory from `target` to `build`
