## Summary
This is the initial support for MIMXRT1170-EVK board (not EVKB). The work is based on px4_firmware_nuttx-10.3.0%2B-pr-imx1170 branch from PX4 project.
## Impact
Some imxrt architecture files changed to support ver2 of new hardware peripherals.
## Testing
NuttX 12.1.0 nsh configuration on MIMXRT1170-EVK board. Running XIP from QSPI flash.

It should not have been copied, it shout be cherry-picked or a rebase then all the attribution is not lost.

There are a lot. The code was a work in progress that was only a Proof of Concept.
There are files that have not been expanded to support the 1170 yet. (i.e. Serial is not supporting all the 12 ports.) There are files that have not been run or rung out.
I am waiting on so HW to do the testing on. Once that is done and all the issues are resolved this can come upstream.

@jturnsek - I am still working on this and planed to upstream it when it is done and stable. Also you have removed all the attributions form all the contributors.
