> Due to the beta quality of the Mobile theme packed with Basic (ROL-1227 for example), create two themes, one basic only and one basic-mobile.  Basic-only will also satisfy bloggers looking for non-responsive themes as well as provide a OOTB example of a very simple theme to learn from.
