I'm trying to make mvnd work under netbeans. I have installed mvnd with sdkman. Can you please please explain how you workarounded it?

Being my mvnd binary at /home/myuser/apps/sdkman/candidates/mvnd/current/bin I made
   mkdir -p /home/myuser/apps/sdkman/candidates/mvnd/maven_home/bin
   and the
   ln -s /home/myuser/apps/sdkman/candidates/mvnd/current/bin/mvnd /home/myuser/apps/sdkman/candidates/mvnd/maven_home/bin/mvn
Then I set /home/myuser/apps/sdkman/candidates/mvnd/maven_home/ as maven home in netbeans, but it still complaints about "Invalid Maven installation directory"
