Patches 1 & 2 applied to trunk at revision: 687088. I'll leave this JIRA open as I expect there are more changes to come, e.g. the build-dojo.xml in simple-bigbank-spring puts the downloaded artefacts in a strange place. Anyhow should be easy to fix now the patches are committed.
