I'm building on Linux, maven 3.3.9, JDK 8, with {{mvn clean install}}.

> Unfortunately the hang does not seem to happen on all environments. We were not able to reproduce this on jenkins or on JBs machine. It always hangs on my machine though. I also tried to delete my maven repo to check it is not a bad repo problem.
