[site] Microprofile site area

Hi guys,

Pushed a skeleton for a jbake based site for our microprofile work.
It is available at
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=geronimo-microprofile.git;a=tree;f=geronimo-microprofile-site;h=081540a7682be6da15368f81ae2156d7efbcf277;hb=HEAD

"mvn jbake:inline" will allow you to see what we have today at
localhost:8080

It is very rudimental and we need to theme it way better but that's a
start. feel free to customize it and enhance all the doc pages which are
saying pretty much nothing ATM on the spec themselves.

Goal would be to start deploying it probably next month to fill the doc gap
we have ATM.
