   ### What happened?
   
   This only happens when running `ARQTestSuite`  and `TC_ARQ` in an IDE.
   Running tests in the maven build has not been missing tests.
   
   These two classes use JUnit4 test suite runners. These do not detect JUnit5 classes and skip them.
   The JUnit5 replacement `@Suite`/`@SelectClasses` does run JUnit4 tests.
