> Currently, at C# we have JobSubmissionDirectoryPrefixParameter, where we have default value and also allows the user to set his own. This configuration data is passed to Java through Avro configuration file. 
> At Java side, before injecting YarnJobSubmissionClient, we don't set this value to JobSubmissionDirectoryPrefix, therefore the default value is always used. 
> We should bind the value to JobSubmissionDirectoryPrefix at Java side using the value passed from C# so that to allow user to override the default.
