cxf-jca-rar-CXF-234-new.patch will not package cxf.rar into distribution. It only generate cxf.rar file when we build jca demos.

I'm kind of against adding the rar into the distribution. It adds about 8MB to the download as it ends up duplicating most of the jars. I'd much prefer a simple target in the build.xml for the jca demo that would build the rar by grabbing lib/*.jar.
