(cloudberry) 25/26: Add ignore rule for "terminating connection" log

This is an automated email from the ASF dual-hosted git repository.

commit 0d6e19fbc2531d53551b9557697a61e1a00b2a3a
Author: Soumyadeep Chakraborty <so...@gmail.com>
AuthorDate: Thu Feb 29 11:22:30 2024 -0800

Add ignore rule for "terminating connection" log

Its not always echoed to the client and can cause annoying diffs in CI
    such as:

+FATAL: terminating connection due to administrator command
     server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.

This has been observed for the pqsignal test and I believe for the
    resource_queue_terminate test.
