1305 Error reading from file

C:\Users\mark\Desktop\OpenOffice 4.1.1 (en-US)  Installation
Files\openoffice411.msi.  verify the file exists and that you can access it.   
Tab box “ retry”   “cancel”

Nothing allows me by to continue install.  

I have downloaded 3 times and I cannot understand any fixes described in the
data base

This error is occurred by Windows systems and not AOO.

Please do not confuse how an error is ultimately detected with how an error is
caused.  

And please stop using "support" with respect to the OpenOffice Forums and if
you send users somewhere, please provide a link, such as
https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/ or https://forum.openoffice.org/
I think a better term is simply Community Forum.

Users go to great effort to report these problems on bugzilla and they should
not be addressed as if they are experts who should know better.  It is
difficult, from the observed behavior, to determine what is a bug in the
software and what may be a problem in other aspects of its usage.  

It would be great if we replaced "NOT_AN_ISSUE" with something like NOT_A_BUG,
or NOT_A_DEFECT, but even then there might be reason to find out more about how
to resolve an issue such as this one.

When you choose a location for the .exe to extract the setup files, try using a
path that has no spaces in its names.
