[Axis2]SOAP Encoding for RC1, Any volunteers?

Hi All;
Our feature list for 1.0 has the SOAP Encoding support!! that is the
main thing left to be done for cut the RC1.

I do not think I would get time to do it, We need to get it done to
complete the functionality.
Any volunteers to give a hand? 

I prefer to cut the RC1 Aug 1st if possible
