[PATCH]: mod_logio.c, using optional functions

Ian,

This is what I came up as per your suggestion. It does compile and it does run
OK. Well, at least it does during my brief testing :-)

So, now there are two lots of (good?) patches for this - one that directly
extends mod_log_config.c and this one. Once the committers (hopefully) vote
what's the preferred way of doing this, I reckon we're done here.

PS. I haven't written the module documentation yet (should be really simple
anyway, there are no run time configuration directives apart from already
documented %I/%O), but if this becomes official, I will.
