        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: OpenOffice fails to properly align image in Microsoft
                    Word document
           Product: Writer
           Version: 4.1.2
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux 64-bit
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: excamera23@gmail.com

Created attachment 85438
  --> https://bz.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=85438&action=edit
easychair.docx: To show how an image is not being aligned properly in
OpenOffice.

The attached Microsoft Word document (easychair.docx) contains an image which
is not being aligned properly on the page. I have confirmed by opening it with
Word 2010 that the picture should be centred, while OpenOffice displays it as
aligned toward the left margin.

--- Comment #3 from Theodore Matula <bu...@gmail.com> ---
I have also opened the attached easychair.docx in Microsoft Office 2010 with
the same computer as my above comment. The image on page 4 was center-aligned,
which is the same as the test with Google Drive in my above comment.

--- Comment #2 from Theodore Matula <bu...@gmail.com> ---
I was successfully able to replicate this bug with this specific file. Here are
the steps I took to recreate it. One note I should make is that I kept mode of
my settings in Open Office as their default form installation

Version: AOO 4.1.2

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel 17 2600k 3.4 Ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 770 (2gb VRam)
Monitor: Asus 24" Monitor

Testing File in Open Office:
1. Download the "easychair.docx" Attached to this report
2. Open the downloaded file in Open Office
3. Scroll to page 3. The image of the King on a chair will be left-aligned.

Expected Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
Actual Result: Image on page 3 is left-aligned.

Testing File in Google Drive
1. Download the "easychair.docx" Attached to this report
2. In google Drive, Select the red "NEW" button on the left, then click File
Upload from the menu that appears under the "NEW" button.
3. Select the file you downloaded from this report
4. Open the newly made "easychair.docx" from the list of files under "My Drive"
by double clicking "easychair.docx"
3. Scroll to page 3. The image of the King on a chair will be center-aligned.

Expected Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
Actual Result: Image on page 3 is center-aligned.
