Working status

Hi,

I'd like to share a brief working status about what we would like to 
release in the near feature. Please let me know if I've understood 
something wrong:

- Wicket 9.13: there's enough material to promote a new 9.x version, but 
WICKET-7028 still in progress, so I will wait for it before proceeding 
with a new release.
- Wicket 10 M1: for the moment I think we agreed on coping and pasting 
the code from Apache Commons 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT, right?
