Hey [~daijy], sorry to reply back so late.  Can you provide an updated version of DATAFU-58-1.patch?  I was just about to try running the unit tests but I wasn't able to apply the patch cleanly to the head of the master branch.

Also I'm curious to investigate how the guava version is causing a problem.  Only datafu-pig depends on guava, and we 1) use autojar to package it within datafu, and then 2) use jarjar to change the namespace to datafu/com/google/common/etc. to avoid conflicts like what you are describing.
