[VOTE] Stephane Frenot for committer

Given Stephane Frenot's contribution of his JMX integration with OSGi 
and his long history of OSGi-related work, I would like to call a vote 
on accepting Stephane as a Felix committer.

[  ] 0 Don't care.
[  ] -1 Reject Stephane as a committer.

I asked and the consensus (Upayavira and Enrique and silence otherwise) 
seemed to be public was acceptable.

I think we should eventually change the policy to state that either list 
is acceptable or to mandate the public list for such votes.
