[Bug 59234] New: Jmeter is not encoding viewstate

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=59234

            Bug ID: 59234
Summary: Jmeter is not encoding viewstate
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.13
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: blocker
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTTP
          Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
          Reporter: bhabanisankar071188@gmail.com

While recording for salesforce application jmeter is not checking encode
parameters for some parameters like viewstates, echoScontrol, echoScontrolMac.
That is why jmeter is sending with extra characters when replying with
extracted parameters and server is responding with error. The parameters would
be going with encode parameters checked for some requests and for some without.
