Permissions in Bugzilla
May I have permission to manage the "Release blocker flag" in Bugzilla?
I mean, for example, to turn the "?" in
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126281 (4.1.2_release_blocker)
to a "+".
This will help a lot when discussing which fixes to bring into 4.1.2.
We are going to use exactly the same process that we used for 4.1.1 for
this. Setting 4.1.2 as target was a poorman's temporary solution for not
losing track of potential fixes for 4.1.1 while we were busy with other
updates. Now it's time to get serious and adopt our standard process!
Regards,
Andrea.

regarding a track towards a 4.1.2 release, will you create a checklist
with possible issues/needed fixes and other todos? Then we can see who
can take care about what?

Thank you Marcus! I've set the "Release Blocker" flag for our first
three bugs already fixed for 4.1.2 and everything worked as expected,
including mailing list notifications.
We are back to the standard workflow of handling release blockers, so
anyone can now request an issue to be a release blocker, this list will
automatically get notification and the flag will be granted upon
discussion/review/lazy consensus.
Of course, before asking for a bugfix to be included in 4.1.2 the
relevant bug should be fixed on trunk.
Regards,
Andrea.

the flag can only be changed by users in the "relman" group. I've added
you now to this group.
I've not changed the flag in the mentioned issue above. Please check if
you can do this now.
