Thomas Fox resolved TORQUE-292.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 4.1

The property is now called runOnlyOnSourceChange.
It works only in cases where the individual source files are processed individually (e.g. for the OM Templates the aseMapInit class is regenerated every time)
